The wine is fermented and aged in a mix of 350-500L neutral French barrels

It's one of those wines that was kind of hard to write about because my notes just say

it's dry and complex but the tropical notes and salty undertones make this perfect for complex

fermented whole-cluster and raised in neutral barriques for approx

The finished wine is insanely good

light-bodied and supremely easy drinking

filtering and with only a small sulfur addition

Overall this wine would go great with grilled eggplant

Pierpaolo and his team also tie the vines using dried herbs instead of the more commonly used plastic

it has a lot of enticing orange and lemon notes on the finish
