HELLYERS ROAD DOUBLE CASK SINGLE MALT 700mlAged in 200L American Oak ex Bourbon casks for a minimum of five years, the whisky then sees secondary maturation in French Oak barriques that had Tasmanian Pinot Noir aged in them. This secondary maturation in French Oak ex Tasmanian Pinot Noir casks adds beautiful red berry notes and a unique Tasmanian influence to the malt.
