The Chevalerie wines have been featured several times in our Direct Press wine club, most recently in our October 2024 Loire Valley issue. The Caslot family are making some of the most soulful, ageworthy Cabernet Francs we've encountered and yet they continue to be affordable, with many of the wines

The grapes for this ‘Fodor’ Olaszrizling come from almost 60 year old vines that were part of Oszkar’s great-grandmother’s dowry

chooses to invert the dominant grapes of most cru Montagnieu sparkling wines by making his wine from 50% Mondeuse and 50% Altesse + Chardonnay as opposed to the Chardonnay dominant wines usually found from the cru wines
