2022 Adelaide Hills ChardonnayVineyard This Chardonnay was sourced from a small vineyard nestled in the high altitude ranges of the Adelaide Hills. An idyllic vineyard sitting 463m above sea level with a north easterly aspect. Winemaking The fruit was pressed directly to seasoned barrels, underwent partial malolactic fermentation and matured on gross lees, in barrel for 6 months to build texture and complexity. Nose Peach, nectarine, green apple, creamy, lime. Palate Creamy
and racked to seasoned French oak
the balance was direct tipped on top as whole bunches

The fruit for this wine is drawn from vineyards at opposite ends of the Barossa Valley
