It features a center keepsake stone in your choice of 6x8mm horizontal oval, 6mm or 8mm round shape as well as your choice of 2 accent stones. If you would like two different accent stones, please let me know which stones in your order notes. Metal options are solid sterling silver, 10K solid rose gold, 10K solid yellow gold or 10K solid white gold. Optional
