These stones have a refractive index almost as high as a sapphire which makes for a beautiful play of light that bounces inside of the gemstones. They have a Moh's hardness of 7 which makes them perfect for people who are a little bit harder on their jewelry. These stones can be kiln fired in place up to 1400

Woodlands Station Variscite was discovered in 2003 in Australia and has produced some of the most vibrant green variscite we’ve ever seen

This was acquired from a husband and wife team that was purchased several decades back

these cabochons display the rich

saturated blue hue—ranging from soft sky blue to vibrant azure—with delicate natural matrix patterns in warm brown

saturated colors
