Privato Vineyard & Winery Pinot NoirHand harvested from vineyards in Kaledon, BC. This wine is an expression of sun warmed black and ruby plums, blackberry jam and hints of wild thyme. A lingering soft palate together with approachable tannins add to the elegance of this wine.
Wild Turkey Bourbon is aged in American White Oak barrels with the deepest
dried blueberry and violet with subtle clove
Fino is another example of sherry casks working together
and fruity with flavours of wild strawberry and lemon
The finish is long with notes of toasted red berry fruit
the grippy tannins mixed with flavours of blackberries
