The more people we have interested the more it will be a priority! 96 02 4runner Surf Spoiler. This Spoiler is designed after the JDM Hilux Surfs and bolts on just like your OEM
This design requires you to weld a mounting plate to your frame allowing this bumper to be bolt on
The front plate bolts to the rear plate creating a sandwich which is the strongest way to mount anything without drilling into the car
