Full Gothic Chasuble in Cream 'Comper Cathedral' with Black/Blue 'Gothic' OrphreysA Full Gothic Chasuble with matching stole, made using our exclusive Cream 'Comper Cathedral' Silk and featuring 'Gothic' orphreys of Black Blue. All orphreys are edged in Bellini Blue Diamond & Lay braid. The neck and hem of the chasuble are trimmed with Bellini Blue Diamond & Lay small cord, and the stole features a shaped neck. Please note that this sample is a 'one off' piece.
The chasuble is lined in cotton sateen and available in White/Gold
With 5x 2" Bodley crosses (2" x 2") embroidered at the centre of the cloth in white
at a height of 10” when worn
with a braid cross at the neck
and each corner of the mensa
Our 'Coronation' fabric pattern was based on the embroidered velvet used for copes
and is lined in a Rose cotton sateen
designed by G
The main fabric is our ‘Van Der Weyden’ silk damask in Black & Gold
features a left breast pocket
with accents of gold or silver
