ESP Japan Mick Jones Death Dagger (Red)

ESP Japan Mick Jones Death Dagger (Red)Apparently made by ESP in very limited numbers in the 80's, this appears to be one of the Mick Jones models. It's as much of a weapon as it is a guitar and i'd like it gone before someone gets hurt. No branding anywhere and no markings inside or out, seems to be a solid neckthrough construction though and has a locking nut (unlike most). Very good overall condition with a few signs of wear and tear, restrung and plays great with plenty of life in the

warm Telecaster tone

Loaded with the original Dimarzio PAF/Dual Sound humbucker combination and a full original Varitone system with "Master Volume"

fret polish and truss adjustment

While it is on the buffer mode

weighs around 4kg's

only used sparingly since it was bought new a year ago

Looks to be all original and it good cosmetic condition

The distinctive arched spruce top and elegant flamed maple arched back has elevated the TV to one of the finest guitars in the world

Matsumoku made in the mid 1970's

Appears almost all original (except for what looks like a replacement pickup) with four-screw full sized tuners

Les was not particularly fond of the design which featured a thinner mahogany body with beveled edges and pointed horns

The frets appear original and are smooth with plenty of life left
