In 2014, she established her own domaine in Chassagne Montrachet, utilizing family vineyards inherited from her father, Jean Marc, and working out of new cellars built for her and her husband. Caroline's winemaking style in the cellar is similar to her husband's, employing a light touch with mostly 350 liter barrels, no more than 30% new
