1968 Yamaha SA-70 Hollowbody Short Scale Bass (Sunburst)The early model SA 70 hollowbody bass made in Japan by Yamaha in around 1968. Hollowbody (maple) construction with some film in the f holes to reduce unwanted feedback, maple neck with a short scale (30") rosewood fingerboard, it weighs a reasonable 3. 6kg's. The original bass humbuckers sound great with plenty of output, intonate able bridge adjusts well (missing the cover), volume tone balancer knobs work as they should (one knob replaced). Good
