On location at Steven and Diana's home, that burned down January, 2025 in the Los Angeles fires. I (Joel Cherrico here) created this platter after reading "Gates of Fire." I wanted the interior of the platter to reference the interior of a Spartan shield, as described by Steven: coved in blood, spit, piss, shit and dirt. My aesthetics subdue these gory
