This landscape is not any particular place, although it may well be, as it is painted from my recollections and feelings of looking at the land from above. From the subtle changes in hue of the ocean, to the rich contrast of the land with its man made shapes and angles this piece is

a spectacular 'island in the sky'

that for aeons have blown ancient rocks
