Down Island Brazilian Single Cask Rum 700mlThis column still rum is a blend of 80% cane juice, 20% molasses distillate. It was distilled and blended at Epris Distillery in 2011 and aged on site in Brazil for 6 years in Amburana casks. It was then shipped to Europe where it aged for an additional 6 years in American Oaks casks. It was bottled at cask strength in Florida in 2023.
It was handpicked in the early morning and sorted to ensure quality and uniformity of ripeness
