The subtle texture and tangy cut of this wine makes it vibrant and fine-tuned

Aged 18 months in French oak

in part due to their efforts to stay ahead of the curve of climate change

harvesting produce such as olives

There’s a touch of spritz and a nice mix of rooibos tea and smoky umami on the palate

and a dash of salt
