Brut nature, native yeast fermented, and aged two years on the lees. It's got enough ripe fruit to please everyone, but the spicy, herbaceous layers and chalky detail take this to another level of complexity. On the nose the main note is given by the Elderflower and the aromatic Sweet Flag

Learning how to manipulate the land here is incredibly intense
