Olivier Horiot 'Solera' Champagne Brut Nature NVBiodynamic. Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, Pinot Blanc, Arbane, Petit Meslier. Each variety is vinified separately in oak barrels on the lees for about a year and go through malolactic fermentation.
