2021 Mount Mary Pinot Noir 1.5L MagnumMount Marys original pinot noir vines, a mix of many clones, were sourced from Western Victoria in 1971 ? material acquired prior to the consideration of individual clonal selections. These have been supplemented by newer plantings (including MV6, 777 and 115 clones) on American rootstocks. Simple winemaking techniques, to reflect the character of vineyard site, are followed by barrel ageing in new oak barriques (25%) for 16 months. Mount Mary Pinot
The staves are then hand-made into barrels and heated over three differing flames for several hours
