Most people don't realize it, but its quite rare for a distillery to make its own vodka from scratch. Its far more common for distilleries to go out and buy bulk neutral grain spirits from an industrial supplier. Why? Its quicker, easier, and much cheaper. Thats not how we roll here, though.
