1980's Morris Japan WJ-25 "Everly Brothers" Jumbo Acoustic Guitar (Natural)Made in Japan in the 1980's, the WJ 25 was a replica of the Everly Brothers model Gibson J 180. Solid spruce top with a mahogany back and sides, mahogany neck and a rosewood fingerboard. All the aesthetic trimmings including the famous moustache pickguard and star inlays on the fretboard and headstock, it weighs 2kg's. Good vintage condition as pictured with some basic wear, received a restring and basic setup prior to listing including a fret polish

Has a small repair at the back of the headstock that was professionally reinforced and stabilised

The DD-2 features an E

buffed and clear coated so it's undetectable to the touch

Frets are smooth with plenty of life and were polished

Aged nitrocellulose finish on a carved one-piece mahogany body with a one-piece mahogany neck (reasonably slim '59 profile)

Alder body with a maple neck

but with a standard-ish Stratocaster tremolo system (that has fine tuners)
