While pressing over head you won't have to dodge your chin around the frame. Grips are angled to take the strain off of the shoulder. When performing log type movements, the 3" wide 3 8" thick steel rests nice on the thighs. 80" in length. 2 grips spaced 16" and 24" apart. Bar weight: 44 lbs. Black texture powder coated.
