Harvested manually, the wines are fermented in cement vats with minimal intervention before being put into Burgundian oak barrels of which about 20% are new. Fermentation takes place naturally in the barrel over 6 months before being bottled without fining or filtration. Argentina is not known for its Pinot Noirs, but this one is impressive: aromatic,
