2023 BINDI Kostas Rind Chardonnay 750mlThis exceptional Kostas Rind originates from the 1988 lower Bindi Chardonnay plantings on volcanic soil over clay. The destemmed berries are pressed, and the juice is immediately transferred into barrels, with about 30% being new small French oak. Fermentation is natural, with no added yeast, and the wine stays on all lees for ten months until just before bottling. The 2023 vintage is remarkably fine and pure, featuring vibrant lemon and grapefruit
