Flor del Desierto Sierra Sotol 750mlMade from 100% wild Desert Spoon succulents that grew for a minimum of 18 22 years prior to manual harvest. The plants were then broken down by hand and cow stomping before being wild fermented in open air oak vats. Twice distilled in clay pot stills the spirit has retained its wild and natural character with notes of forest floor, Maine woods, cracked pepper, fresh herbs, pine needles, wet sand and bright citrus.
