Ethiopian Guji

Ethiopian GujiOur newest single origin coffee is a natural processed bean sourced from the highlands of Ethiopia's Guji region. We keep the roast light in order to preserve the bean's renowned hints of floral, blueberry, and strawberry. These delicate fruit characteristics can be found in both the aroma and the cup, and they carry through to a bright, clean cup with a smooth finish.

Because it is roasted so lightly (far lighter than even a traditional “light roast”)

even when roasted extra dark

Ours is medium-bodied

this coffee delivers a refined and memorable experience in every cup

A Fair Trade Organic blend of decaffeinated coffee beans using the chemical-free SWISS WATER® decaffeination process

and its hardness and volcanic origins are complemented by the dark French roast

and they carry through to a bright
