There are light surface marks to the cartouche which are commensurate with age and light use

Hallmarks on the blade are good but shows rubbing to the makers mark although this is still legible

Inside is a highly decorated grille

and the hallmarks are clear

Partial hallmarks to the back with no date letter although this was fairly common on Scottish silver and silver from this era
