Frosty Launch

Frosty LaunchOn a cold February afternoon, a Short eared Owl perches atop a snow covered fence post. Its golden eyes scan the wintry landscape, sharp and discerning. Suddenly, with a graceful leap, it launches into the crisp air. Snow crystals scatter like tiny diamonds in the strong light, dancing on the breeze as the owl takes flight, its wings a silent whisper against the vast fieldscape.
