Mount Mary Triolet 2020Mount Mary is one of the iconic wineries of Australia and one of the jewels of the Yarra Valley. The Triolet blend, first produced at Mount Mary in 1987, was inspired by the white wines of Graves, Bordeaux. The vineyard is planted to 75% Sauvignon Blanc, 20% Semillon and 5% Muscadelle, though the blend components in the wines vary from vintage to vintage. the Milton Park vineyard further north in the Eden Valley and the St Kitts vineyard at the northern end of the Barossa Ranges

the wines were transferred to French oak 500L barrels for maturation

The grapes for the Cabernet Shiraz are harvested on the same day and then co-fermented
