RIM "Sarau" Blanc Alt Emporda 202440 50 year old Garnacha Rosa and Macabeo from Catalonia, planted on slate just 5 minutes from the Mediterranean. Just a day on the skins, fermented and aged in steel tank. Zero sulfur added. Looks orange, but it's just the Garnacha Rosa giving it color. Delicious notes of grapefruit and papaya mixed with beach spray. Subtle, dry, refreshing.
