Downham RoyalA regal and rich burgundy Ball type dahlia was a delightful new addition to the farm this season. A low and compact plant produced good stems for cutting. I'm looking forward to growing more of this one next year. Tubers are limited so most likely a 2026 release for us.
so I recommend cutting it deep early in the season to encourage longer stems for cuts

A small bushy plant produced an abundance of blooms all season and made for a lovely cut
I am hoping to have tubers available in spring
a purple-burgundy centre opens up to a striking red bloom
that's just so delicious you want to eat her
Linda May is a lovely white bloom with a soft pink to lavender blushed centre
