Ancient Glass Excavated Worn Blue Teal White Mixed Medium Sized Nila Beads, Strand - Rita Okrent Collection (AT0645t)Strands of excavated blue, teal and white medium glass nila beads strands with mixed wear, from Mali. Some very blue clean small beads at ends. Also some double beads. Circa approximately 900 1600 C. E. 22 inches of beads per strand. Beads are graduated and range from approximately 3 12mm. Note wear and loss of color on some beads. These larger cousins of Nila beads are also referred to as Dardig beads. Medium is a relative term comparing these to
