By default the cable will be installed to exit the bottom of the outlet box

Version 2 has a 90 degree heavy duty plug for strain relief allowing the adapter to hang straight down (ground DOWN as shown) for tight places and to prevent the weight of the cable from tipping the plug down away from the outlet

This third outlet is wired to operate with the EVSE outlet

Any EVSE may be upgraded to a Premium braided one by adding the appropriate cable
