Les Vignes d’Oc, Chardonnay 2025, Pays d’OcA range of very well priced wines from this excellent small outfit run by the charismatic and talented duo, Daniel Orsolini and Claude Serra. Claude Serra, the winemaker, is also professor at Montpellier University of Oenology. All the wines are vinified to produce clean, fresh fruit driven flavours at attractive prices and show good varietal character.
