This tube does not have the two oval shaped holes for the column drop which allows you to use it however you see fit. These column tubes are still 41" in length, same as all the 1935 thru 1939 Ford Passenger Car and Commercial Pickup steering column tubes. These tubes are made from thicker 18 gauge tubing rather than the very thin factory used 20g. Harder
