Sparkling dichroic glass accents shimmer fabulously in indoor or outdoor light. Some assembly of the stand is required. There is flange attached to the stem that needs to be bolted to the base steel plate. A hex key is provided. This item is made to order and will take approx. 4 weeks to ship. This item
