I'm not 100% sure what model opener it goes in. THE "DIP SWITCHES" ON THIS SUPER OLD BOARD ARE SET BY "PUNCHING OUT" WHAT CODE YOU WANT. ALL IN STOCK HAVE BEEN SET TO A CERTAIN CODE BUT YOU COULD PUNCH ANOTHER HOLE OUT TO CHANGE THE CODE OR PUT A SMALL SCREW OR PIECE OF METAL INTO ONE OF THE PRE PUNCHED HOLES. SEE PICS TO BETTER

This particular board has the blue Genie Model 1024 housing on it

BUT also has the "-315LM" which usually indicates 315MHz (or purple/brown learn button)
