CD4017 - Decade Counter ICCD4017 Decade Counter IC The CD4017 is a CMOS decade counter and decoded Johnson counter IC designed for counting and sequencing applications. It features 10 decoded output pins (Q0 to Q9), with only one output remaining HIGH at a time. The active output advances sequentially with each rising edge of the clock input. After reaching the tenth count (Q9), the counter automatically resets and starts again from Q0, making it ideal for divide by 10
allowing users to connect a wide range of sensors
